The per­son­al data provided by you on the basis of your con­sent will be pro­cessed for the pur­poses of:

 

  • Con­duct­ing mar­ket­ing activ­it­ies, includ­ing dir­ect mar­ket­ing of the Theatre’s own products, includ­ing com­mu­nic­a­tion by elec­tron­ic means through the spe­cified com­mu­nic­a­tion chan­nels (e‑mail, tele­phone number)
  • Deliv­er­ing news­let­ters when ordered
  • Sav­ing data in cook­ies, col­lect­ing data from web­sites and mobile applications
  • Organ­ising fest­ivals, com­pet­i­tions and pro­mo­tion­al campaigns
  • Stor­ing data for archiv­ing pur­poses and ensur­ing account­ab­il­ity (demon­strat­ing that the Theatre com­plies with its oblig­a­tions under the law)

 

 

Provid­ing data is vol­un­tary, but neces­sary to imple­ment the above-men­tioned goals.

We will pro­cess the data provided for the peri­od res­ult­ing from a declar­a­tion of will or until the with­draw­al of consent.

 

Vol­un­tary pres­ence on the premises of Teatr Łaźnia Nowa, includ­ing the build­ing of Dom Utopii – Międzyn­ar­o­dowe Centrum Empatii, dur­ing a recor­ded or broad­cast event is treated as an express con­sent of the data sub­ject to the pro­cessing of their data. In addi­tion, this pres­ence is tan­tamount to the par­ti­cipant’s con­sent to the free of charge use of their image, unlim­ited in time and ter­rit­ory, in pro­mo­tion­al and inform­a­tion­al mater­i­als of the Organ­iser, includ­ing record­ing, pro­cessing, duplic­at­ing and using the pho­tos taken in elec­tron­ic and prin­ted media and the use of the image recor­ded dur­ing the record­ing of a tele­vi­sion per­form­ance, includ­ing trans­mis­sion, rebroad­cast­ing and shar­ing of the record­ing in an unlim­ited scope in terms of time, loc­a­tion and medium.

 

The recip­i­ents of per­son­al data will be entit­ies provid­ing and sup­port­ing the Theatre’s ICT sys­tems and sup­port­ing their ongo­ing ser­vice based on con­cluded per­son­al data pro­cessing agree­ments in accord­ance with Art­icle 28 of the GDPR.

 

The per­son­al data provided by you will not be trans­ferred to a third country.

 

Your data will not be pro­cessed in an auto­mated man­ner, includ­ing in the form of profiling.

 

You have the right to access your data and the right to rec­ti­fy and erase your data, lim­it their pro­cessing and trans­fer data, the right to objec­tion and with­draw­al of con­sent at any time without affect­ing the law­ful­ness of pro­cessing con­duc­ted on the basis of con­sent before its withdrawal.

 

You have the right to lodge a com­plaint with the Super­vis­ory Author­ity, if you believe that the pro­cessing of your per­son­al data viol­ates the pro­vi­sions of the gen­er­al reg­u­la­tion on the pro­tec­tion of per­son­al data of 27 April 2016.
