The controller of your personal data is Teatr Łaźnia Nowa with its seat in Kraków (31-977), os. Szkolne 25, hereinafter referred to as the Theatre.

The personal data provided by you on the basis of your consent will be processed for the purposes of:
- Conducting marketing activities, including direct marketing of the Theatre’s own products, including communication by electronic means through the specified communication channels (e-mail, telephone number)
- Delivering newsletters when ordered
- Saving data in cookies, collecting data from websites and mobile applications
- Organising festivals, competitions and promotional campaigns
- Storing data for archiving purposes and ensuring accountability (demonstrating that the Theatre complies with its obligations under the law)
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to implement the above-mentioned goals.
We will process the data provided for the period resulting from a declaration of will or until the withdrawal of consent.
Voluntary presence on the premises of Teatr Łaźnia Nowa, including the building of Dom Utopii – Międzynarodowe Centrum Empatii, during a recorded or broadcast event is treated as an express consent of the data subject to the processing of their data. In addition, this presence is tantamount to the participant’s consent to the free of charge use of their image, unlimited in time and territory, in promotional and informational materials of the Organiser, including recording, processing, duplicating and using the photos taken in electronic and printed media and the use of the image recorded during the recording of a television performance, including transmission, rebroadcasting and sharing of the recording in an unlimited scope in terms of time, location and medium.
The recipients of personal data will be entities providing and supporting the Theatre’s ICT systems and supporting their ongoing service based on concluded personal data processing agreements in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
The personal data provided by you will not be transferred to a third country.
Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify and erase your data, limit their processing and transfer data, the right to objection and withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing conducted on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016.
